Does This Sound Like You?

Cycle Issues That Run Your Life.

Heavy. Painful. Irregular. Or just unpredictable in ways that affect work, sleep, and relationships.

Often estrogen, progesterone, thyroid, or prolactin patterns. A Naturopathic Doctor maps the hormonal picture, then plans around root drivers.

01 / 06

Trying to Conceive, Looking for Support.

Just starting, pre-IVF, after a loss, or working alongside a fertility clinic.

Often cycle optimization, ovulation tracking, and preconception nutrition. A Naturopathic Doctor builds support alongside any fertility care.

02 / 06

Postpartum, and No One Asked About You.

Babies get the appointments. You get a six-week checkup, then nothing.

Often energy, mood, sleep, thyroid, and breastfeeding nutrition shifts that don't reset in weeks. A Naturopathic Doctor builds postpartum care around your recovery.

03 / 06

The Slow Fade of Perimenopause.

Periods drifting. Sleep cracks. Mood shifts. Weight changes. A decade before anyone names it.

Often FSH, estradiol, progesterone, and thyroid shifts. A Naturopathic Doctor supports the transition while it's actually happening.

04 / 06

PMS, PMDD, Postpartum Mood, or Anxiety.

A week before your period you’re not yourself. Or postpartum mood no one screened for. Or anxiety dismissed as stress.

Often cortisol, blood sugar, neurotransmitter precursor nutrients, or thyroid. A Naturopathic Doctor maps the biological layer.

05 / 06

Pelvic, Urinary, or Sexual Health Concerns.

Recurrent UTIs. Pelvic pain. Vaginal dryness. Painful sex. Topics 10-minute visits skip.

Often hormonal, microbiome, and inflammation patterns that need a longer conversation. A Naturopathic Doctor takes the full hour to map them.

06 / 06
A woman sitting with her head resting on her hand, looking frustrated and tired.

If any of these sound like you, a free 15-minute call is the lowest-commitment place to start.

Step 02

Lab Work

Your Naturopathic Doctor identifies the markers most relevant to your case (full thyroid, sex hormones, iron, ferritin, cortisol patterns, metabolic markers) and provides a recommendation letter outlining what to test and why.

03
Step 03

Building Your Personalized Care Plan

Your second appointment is the lab walkthrough. Your Naturopathic Doctor explains what each marker means in your specific picture, then maps where the actual levers are.

Our CONO-registered Naturopathic Doctors run 60-minute first appointments and coordinate with your existing physicians and specialists rather than replacing them.

The continuum

Care for Every Stage.

Women’s health doesn’t fit a single template. The investigation, the labs, and the support shift with what life is asking of you. Your Naturopathic Doctor builds care around the stage you’re actually in.

15–35

  • Postpartum and perimenopausal mood
  • UTI prevention and recurrence patterns
  • Pelvic floor physiotherapy referral when appropriate

Common questions

  • Why have UTIs become so frequent?
  • What can I do about low libido naturally?
  • Is my anxiety hormonal or something else?
