Why this exists

Get answers without barriers, so you can get back to you.
Healthcare in Ontario has a friction problem. Eight-minute family doctor visits. Specialist waitlists measured in months. Lab results that come back “within normal range” while you still don’t feel right.
Even finding the right kind of care is hard. You don’t know which questions are worth booking an appointment for. You don’t know if a Naturopathic Doctor is the right fit for what’s going on. You’d rather not commit until someone actually hears you out.
Fitra Health exists to take some of that friction out. We’re providing a service for the betterment of healthcare in Ontario, built around longer first appointments and lower barriers to entry. This page is the lowest-barrier door we have. Type a question. A real Naturopathic Doctor reads it. They write back. No fee, no chase, no obligation.

Subject: A few thoughts on your hormonal health question
Hi [Your name],
Thanks for your question. Standard bloodwork can come back unremarkable while something is still very real. There are usually a few directions worth investigating before assuming it’s “just stress.”
Most cases like this fall into a handful of categories. To know which one applies to you...
A typical response runs 250 to 400 words. It includes:
Context on the topic
What clinical experience and research point to as common contributors.
What a Naturopathic Doctor would typically investigate
Labs, lifestyle, and history pieces a proper consultation would cover for a case like yours.
Why your specific case can't be answered by email
Without your full picture, no honest answer is possible. The reply says this clearly.
A signature with a Naturopathic Doctor's name and CONO number
Not "the Fitra Health Team." A real Naturopathic Doctor, on the record.
The process
A clean path from a question on your mind to care that actually follows through.
Tell us what’s on your mind. Whatever you’ve been dealing with, whatever your family doctor brushed off, whatever you keep meaning to look into. A few sentences is plenty.
A CONO-licensed Naturopathic Doctor reads the full question and writes back personally. Not a chatbot. Not a wellness coach. A regulated healthcare professional, with their name and CONO number on the reply.
If the reply lands and you want to dig in, book a 60-minute first appointment. A Naturopathic Doctor takes your full history, reviews any labs you have, and builds a plan around the root cause. One follow-up about four to six weeks later checks how the plan is landing and adjusts where it isn’t. After that, ongoing visits are for monitoring progress and reassessing strategy as your case evolves. Care like this usually involves periodic check-ins, not a one-and-done fix.

Our CONO-registered Naturopathic Doctors are assigned to your question based on topic area, and their name and license number are on every response.
