There is no required visit count and no pre-paid bundle, so you only book what your care actually calls for.

What is included in an Initial Consultation, and do labs cost extra?

An Initial Consultation is a 60-minute appointment with a CONO-licensed Naturopathic Doctor covering full health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. Your Naturopathic Doctor reviews hormonal, metabolic, gut, and inflammatory systems, then provides starter nutrition and lifestyle guidance, lab requisitions when indicated, and a booked Follow-up. The $249 fee covers the consultation only. Lab tests are billed separately by the lab provider (such as LifeLabs or Dynacare) and the cost depends on the specific tests ordered. Some lab tests may be partly covered by your insurance or claimable under the Medical Expense Tax Credit; confirm with your lab and insurer.
