Follow-up Appointment

30 minutes
$99CAD
Book follow-up

Every visit after your first appointment is a focused 30-minute follow-up. Your Naturopathic Doctor reviews what has shifted, walks through any lab results, and adjusts your plan as your body responds. Cadence follows your progress, not a fixed schedule.

  • Review symptom changes and lab results since your last visit
  • Naturopathic interpretation of emerging patterns, in plain language
  • Adjust the plan: nutrition, lifestyle, supplementation, sleep, stress
  • Renew supplements and lab requisitions, plan the next check-in
Ongoing Care

Optional, but worth it.

After your first appointment, ongoing care is a short 30-minute check-in, about once a month, entirely up to you. Your Naturopathic Doctor sees how you’re responding and fine-tunes your care plan as your body changes.

We’ll never push you to book visits you don’t need, so ongoing care stays voluntary. We just recommend it, because steady check-ins are how your plan keeps working for you.

Pricing Questions

Answers to the things people actually ask.

Most extended health benefit plans in Canada include coverage for Naturopathic Doctor services under “Paramedical” benefits. Annual maximums and per-visit limits vary by plan and employer. We accept payment at the time of service and provide a detailed receipt formatted for every major Ontario insurer (Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Green Shield, Blue Cross, and Desjardins). Most plans reimburse within 5 to 10 business days. Coverage and limits depend on your specific policy, so check your benefits booklet to confirm before booking.
