We bill your insurer directly through TELUS eClaims. If your plan isn't on the network, an insurance-ready receipt lands in your inbox after every visit, with the CONO registration number and treatment code your insurer asks for. Visits are HST-exempt and may qualify for the medical expense tax credit.

The fine print, in plain language.
- 01Cancellations. We ask for 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule a paid appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full appointment fee, since the time was reserved for you.
- 02The free call is one per person. It's an introduction, not a recurring service, and it's informational: no diagnosis or treatment happens on it.
- 03Confirm by text. We'll ask you to confirm your free call by text within 24 hours. Unconfirmed spots are released at 8:30 p.m. the evening before so someone else can use the time. Reply to any message and we'll rebook you.
- 04Ontario residents only. Our Naturopathic Doctors are licensed by the College of Naturopaths of Ontario, so we can only see people who live in Ontario.
- 05No packages, no memberships. Every visit is priced on its own. You decide how far to go.
What people ask about cost.
How much does a naturopath cost in Ontario?
At Fitra Health the first call is free, the first 60-minute appointment is $249, and follow-ups are $99 for 30 minutes or $199 for 60. Lab work is passed through at cost. Most extended health plans cover naturopathic visits, and we bill more than 30 insurers directly.
Are there packages or memberships?
No. Every visit is priced on its own, and most people see one first appointment and one or two follow-ups before deciding how much further to go. There's nothing to buy up front.
Are labs included in the first appointment?
No. Labs are ordered only when the result would change the plan, and they're passed through at the lab's price, quoted before anything is ordered. Standard tests your family doctor orders are usually covered by OHIP.
Is naturopathic medicine covered by OHIP or insurance?
OHIP doesn't cover naturopathic visits. Most workplace and private extended health plans do, up to an annual maximum. We bill through TELUS eClaims where your insurer is on the network and issue an insurance-ready receipt where it isn't. Visits are HST-exempt and may qualify for the medical expense tax credit.
Can I switch Naturopathic Doctors partway through?
Yes. Tell us and we'll move your care over, notes and all. There's no fee for that.
