Terms That Govern Use of the Fitra Health Platform
These Terms of Service explain the rules, responsibilities, and legal boundaries that apply when you use the Fitra Health website and related platform services. Effective date: March 14, 2026.
Platform Disclaimer
Fitra Health provides the technology and administrative layer around care — not clinical care itself.
Fitra Health Inc. is a technology and administrative services platform. It is NOT a clinic, hospital, healthcare facility, or healthcare provider within the meaning of any applicable law.
The Company does not practise naturopathic medicine, does not employ or supervise Naturopathic Doctors for the purpose of providing clinical care, and does not direct or control clinical decision-making.
The Naturopathic Doctors listed on the Platform are independent contractors. They are not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of Fitra Health Inc. All clinical decisions, medical advice, diagnoses, treatments, and patient care are solely the responsibility of the independent ND you consult with.
Use of the Platform does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Fitra Health Inc.

Fitra Health does not dictate, control, or supervise the clinical decisions, treatment plans, or professional judgments of the independent NDs.

The independent NDs are solely responsible for their clinical decisions and the quality of care they provide.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fitra Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform.
