Food Sensitivity Check

Should You Get a Food Sensitivity Test?

A FREE 2-minute decision check.

Eight questions across gut, systemic, and pattern signals. Routes you to the right next step: testing, structured elimination, or a different workup. Built with CONO-registered Naturopathic Doctors in Ontario.

Informational pattern check, not a medical diagnosis. Celiac disease must be ruled out by a physician before any gluten elimination.

You’re not imagining this

Does This Sound Like You?

You Bloat After Every Meal.

You eat, you puff up. Sometimes minutes, sometimes hours later. Cutting foods isn't working.

Often IgG reactivity, gut barrier permeability, or microbiome imbalance. A Naturopathic Doctor investigates what's driving the response.

01 / 06

Brain Fog That Shows Up After Eating.

You can’t think clearly after lunch. Words don’t come. A wave of heaviness sets in.

Often delayed food reactions that show up neurologically before digestively. A Naturopathic Doctor maps reactivity and inflammation patterns.

02 / 06

Skin Issues That Won’t Clear Up.

Eczema, rashes, cystic acne, hives that come and go. Topicals don’t last.

Often gut barrier and immune patterns behind chronic skin inflammation. A Naturopathic Doctor investigates the upstream drivers.

03 / 06

You’ve Tried Every Diet. Nothing Sticks.

Whole30, elimination, AIP, keto. Each gives a few weeks of relief, then something creeps back.

Often the missing piece is structured reintroduction, not more restriction. A Naturopathic Doctor builds a protocol with a clear endpoint.

04 / 06

Chronic Fatigue You Can’t Explain.

Labs look okay. Sleep is fine. You still wake drained.

Often low-grade food-driven inflammation that doesn't show on standard panels. A Naturopathic Doctor investigates reactivity, gut, and nutrient status.

05 / 06

Your Doctor Says It’s Just IBS.

Bloating, cramping, urgency. No one’s asked which triggers, or why your gut is reacting.

Often food reactivity, microbiome, or intestinal permeability behind 'IBS.' A Naturopathic Doctor investigates what's actually driving symptoms.

01
Step 01

Your First Appointment

A full 60-minute session built around listening. Your Naturopathic Doctor takes the time to understand your history, symptoms, and everything you’ve already tried. This visit is about mapping where you are before any plan is built.

60 min

02
Step 02

Lab Work

Your Naturopathic Doctor identifies the markers most relevant to your case and provides a recommendation letter outlining what to test and why. The letter supports your care plan and is yours to use as part of your bloodwork.

Recommendation letter provided

03
Step 03

Building Your Personalized Care Plan

A focused 30-minute follow-up to review your progress and walk through lab results. Your Naturopathic Doctor maps your IgG patterns and gut markers, then adjusts the elimination-and-reintroduction protocol based on what is shifting.

30 min

IgG food sensitivity testing screens for patterns of immune reactivity, not food allergy. Results guide a personalized elimination-and-reintroduction plan under your Naturopathic Doctor’s clinical assessment and are not diagnostic of food allergy or disease.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions.

Naturopathic food sensitivity testing looks at IgG reactions, which measure delayed inflammatory responses to food. We do not rely on testing alone. Your Naturopathic Doctor combines results with your symptoms, health history, and a structured elimination protocol. IgG testing is not diagnostic of food allergy or disease.
