You're not alone

Does This Sound Like You?

Pain That’s Always There.

It’s not acute anymore. It’s just your baseline. You plan around it.

Chronic pain often has modifiable upstream factors including systemic inflammation, sleep deprivation, and nutritional deficiencies. A Naturopathic Doctor investigates these alongside your existing care.

01 / 06

Pain Wakes You Up.

Sleep is disrupted every night. Worse sleep means worse pain the next day. The cycle repeats.

Sleep quality directly affects pain thresholds and repair. A Naturopathic Doctor investigates sleep architecture and the factors maintaining its disruption.

02 / 06

You’ve Been Told to Just Manage It.

More medication. Manage expectations. Learn to cope. No one has investigated what is driving the inflammation.

Systemic inflammation has investigable drivers including diet, gut health, sleep, and stress load. A Naturopathic Doctor maps these factors alongside your medical care.

03 / 06

Movement Makes It Worse.

You’ve been told to exercise. Every attempt flares the pain. You’ve stopped trying.

A graded approach to movement, combined with addressing inflammation and nutritional factors, may support your ability to tolerate activity over time. A Naturopathic Doctor builds this alongside your physician.

04 / 06

You Have Fibromyalgia and No Clear Answers.

The diagnosis came with more questions than answers. The investigation mostly stopped there.

Naturopathic care can investigate sleep, nutritional status, and inflammatory patterns relevant to fibromyalgia, within scope and alongside your medical management.

05 / 06

Stress Amplifies Everything.

High stress weeks are high pain weeks. No one has mapped why.

Cortisol and stress physiology have well-documented relationships with pain sensitivity. A Naturopathic Doctor investigates your stress load as part of the full picture.
