Phase 1/5: Seed in soil
Tap to grow
Good health isn't built overnight. It's grown one root at a time.
The Full Journey
Four phases, one continuous arc.
Most people do not find their answer in one visit. Naturopathic care is an investigation that unfolds across check-ins as your body responds to the plan. Here is what happens at each step and what you leave with.
Initial Consultation
We sit down for a full hour and you tell us what is going on. Your Naturopathic Doctor asks about your sleep, energy, digestion, mood, cycle, and what you have already tried. By the end you have a clearer picture of what might be driving how you feel and a starter plan you can begin the same day.

Lab Work
If your Naturopathic Doctor needs more information, you leave the first visit with lab requisitions. You take them to a standard lab like LifeLabs or Dynacare on your own time. Your Naturopathic Doctor will tell you which tests are covered by OHIP and which are paid out of pocket, and how to read the receipt for insurance.

Follow-up
Once your body has had time to respond and your lab results are in, we meet again. Your Naturopathic Doctor reads the results in the context of your story (not just whether numbers are “in range”) and builds the deeper plan around what your patterns are showing.

Ongoing Monitoring
Short check-ins to keep your plan on course as your body responds. Your Naturopathic Doctor helps you adjust along the way and decides when a deeper review is due. The cadence is matched to where you are, not a fixed schedule.

Complex symptoms are hard to navigate on your own.
A lot of Canadians are living with the kind of symptoms that do not have clean answers. Cycles that do not make sense. Fatigue the standard panel calls normal. Brain fog the family doctor does not have time to investigate.
The default is to tough it out, push through, and lose another year to “have you tried sleeping more?” You should not have to commit to anything to find out whether naturopathic care can help.
We built two free, no-pressure ways to get direction from a CONO-licensed Naturopathic Doctor before you book anything.
Why More Than One Visit
Progress takes time. So does the body.
Most patterns do not show up in a single snapshot. The first visit maps where you are. Your body shows what is working. The follow-up reads the response and builds the deeper plan. Trying to compress that into one appointment is how symptoms stay unexplained.
Step One
Your starting picture
A full hour mapping your history, your systems, and what you have tried. You begin a starter plan the same day.
Step Two
Your body responds
You live the starter plan. Some shifts show up fast, others take longer. Lab results come in if any were ordered.
Step Three
Your built plan
Your Naturopathic Doctor reads what your body is showing and builds the personalized plan around your patterns.
Naturopathic care is iterative by design. Your Naturopathic Doctor guides the timing of each step based on what your body is showing, not a fixed schedule. That is how patterns get confirmed and your plan sharpens.
