Phase 01 · 60 min · $249Comprehensive Initial Assessment
A full hour. You tell us what's going on. Your Naturopathic Doctor asks about your sleep, energy, digestion, mood, and what you've tried. You leave with a starter plan to begin the same day.
Phase 02 · Between visitsLab Work
If we need more information, you leave with lab requisitions. Run them at LifeLabs or Dynacare on your own time. We tell you what OHIP covers and how to claim the rest on insurance.
Phase 03 · 30 min · $99Personalized Care Plan Appointment
A focused 30 minutes. Once your body has responded and labs are in, your Naturopathic Doctor reads them against your story, not just whether numbers are “in range,” and adjusts your plan.
Phase 04 · 30 min · $99Ongoing Monitoring
Continuous checkups let your Naturopathic Doctor track your results and adjust your personalized care plan as you go.
