You’re not imagining this

Does This Sound Like You?

Your Period Won’t Stay on Schedule.

Months that come and go without a pattern, or long gaps you’ve been told are probably stress.

Often hormonal rhythm, thyroid, or insulin patterns. A Naturopathic Doctor maps the cycle, then builds a plan around it.

01 / 06

Hair Thinning, Adult Acne, and Unwanted Body Hair.

These read as separate problems, but they usually trace back to one androgen pattern.

Often free testosterone, DHEA-S, or insulin showing up in three places. A Naturopathic Doctor addresses the upstream driver.

02 / 06

Your Weight Won’t Change.

You’ve cut calories, added movement, stayed consistent. The scale doesn’t listen.

Often insulin resistance, thyroid, or cortisol rhythm. A Naturopathic Doctor maps the metabolic picture, then plans around it.

03 / 06

You’ve Been Trying. Nothing’s Happening.

Cycles that don’t seem to ovulate, and timing that’s impossible to predict.

Often ovulation, thyroid, or progesterone patterns. A Naturopathic Doctor maps the rhythm, then plans around it.

04 / 06

Tired No Matter How Much You Sleep.

Eight hours and you still wake drained. Words don’t come, mood waves track your cycle.

Often thyroid, iron, blood sugar, or cortisol. A Naturopathic Doctor investigates the upstream cause.

05 / 06

Your Lab Work Came Back Fine. You Don’t Feel Fine.

Bloodwork that came back unremarkable. Reassurance that doesn’t match how you feel.

Standard panels miss what specialty markers catch. A Naturopathic Doctor takes the full hour and orders broader.

If any of these sound like you, a free 15-minute call is the lowest-commitment place to start.

Step 02

Lab Work

Your Naturopathic Doctor identifies the markers most relevant to your case and provides a recommendation letter outlining what to test and why. The letter supports your care plan and is yours to use as part of your bloodwork.
